· Authorize the Chairman to sign the Amendment to the Food Service Contract with Summit Food Service LLC for the Lincoln County Detention Center

Offering a Confession of Judgment regarding the case of North Platte Hospitality Inc., Appellant, v. Lincoln County Board of Equalization, Appellee, Case No. 22C-0532, which is before the Tax Equalization and Review Commission, in which the Lincoln County Board of Equalization confesses in said herein motion that the value of the real estate should be $4,596,001.00 (Land – $1,043,415.00 and Improvements $3, 552,586.00) for tax year 2022.
· Offering a Confession of Judgment regarding the case of Western Tabor Ranch, LLC, Appellant, v. Lincoln County Board of Equalization, Appellee, Case No. 21C-0035 which is before the Tax Equalization and Review Commission, in which the Lincoln County Board of Equalization confesses in said herein motion that value of the real estate should be $1,428,800.00 (Land – $81,445.00 and Improvements – $1,347,355.00) for year 2021
· Motor vehicle tax exemption application as submitted by the County Treasurer
