High school and college students will join for a public concert as part of the Best of the West Music Festival at North Platte Community College.
The performance will take place at 6 p.m. Monday, October 28 at the McDonald-Belton Theater on the North Platte Community College South Campus, 601 W State Farm Rd. Admission is free.
Area high school students auditioned for the opportunity to participate. This year, the following 28 musicians from five schools were selected:
Dundy County Stratton – Leslie Gomez, Alyssa Stamm
Gothenburg – Kathryn Bartruff, Lathan Buesing, Marvirx Butterfield, Sean Magana, Brant Miller, Claire Vincent, Ebeanna Westbrook, Alec Winney
