North Platte, Neb. – Cole Kramer, of Stapleton, becomes the first local product to sign with the North Platte Community College men’s golf team, as the Knights continue to round out their signing class for the inaugural season in the fall of 2023.
Kramer holds every school record while compiling an 84 average as a junior for the Sandhills Valley Mavericks. In addition to finishing in tenth place at the 2022 Class D State Golf Championship, Kramer helped the Mavericks earn the Mid-Nebraska Activities Conference Championship with a round score of 82.
“I chose North Platte because it is close to home and gives me the best opportunity to improve my golf game,” said Kramer. “I am excited about the opportunity to be part of the inaugural class while pursuing a degree in accounting.”
Cole is the son of Chip and Missy Kramer.
