Nebraska State Patrol and U.S. Marshal Service Apprehend Murder Suspect in Nebraska

Lincoln, Neb. – Joint law enforcement effort leads to arrest of a murder suspect Saturday near
Goehner, Nebraska.

The Nebraska State Patrol arrested Alberto Perez-Millian on December 28, 2024, after receiving
credible information from the U.S. Marshal Service’s Metro Fugitive Task Force that the suspect
was traveling through Nebraska on Interstate 80.

Perez-Millian is wanted by the Arlington Police Department in Texas in connection with a
murder investigation.

The Metro Fugitive Task Force coordinated efforts with the Nebraska State Patrol in locating and
apprehending Perez-Millian. Perez-Millian was taken into custody without incident.

The U.S. Marshals Service extends its gratitude to the Nebraska State Patrol for their immediate
response and assistance with this arrest.

Perez-Millian remains in custody in the Seward County Jail in Seward, Nebraska pending further
legal proceedings.
