2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on March 17, 2025
3. Consider the following:
• Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
• Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
• Authorize the Chair to sign a right-of-way permit application for Consolidated Companies Inc
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County
Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
• Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on March 17, 2025
• Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
• Motor vehicle tax exemption application submitted by the County Treasurer
• Exemption applications (Form 451NF) from Arbor-Fin Investment, LLC dba Sutherland Propco LLC, Arbor-Fin Investment, LLC dba Centennial Propco LLC, and Heritage of North Platte Inc. dba Linden Court as submitted by the County Assessor
• Exemption applications (Form 451) from West Central District Health Department, Inc. and North Platte, NE Hospital Corporation dba Great Plains Health (8 locations) as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene
as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Discuss and consider action on an application by Orlin and Nancy Faulhaber and Kim Riley for Halley Hills Administrative Subdivision on property located on North Lake Road in a C-1 Commercial District on property described as Lots 14 and 15, Halley Hills Subdivision, Lincoln County, Nebraska.
