Sustainable Beef in North Platte held their Ribbon Cutting Monday afternoon at their soon-to-open facility on South Newberry Road.
Several dignitaries and SB Board Members spoke at the event, culminating with North Platte Chamber and Development Corporation President and CEO Gary Person exclaiming WE DID IT!
After the Ribbon Cutting, the North Platte Chamber presented Sustainable Beef CEO with their first dollar, encased in a frame.
Several Nebraska dignitaries were in attendance to speak at the ceremony, including Nebraska politicians both state and local, along with members of Sustainable Beef itself. Below is audio from their speeches.

After the Ribbon Cutting, groups of people were given guided tours of the spanking-new facility, which is expected to open later this spring.
