The Nebraska National Guard has announced a partnership with the city of North Platte.
The purpose of partnering is to better support service members, veterans and members of the community, while also enhancing emergency response capabilities to ensure residents safety.
A wreath laying ceremony will take place next Wednesday April 30th at 9am at the 20th Century Veterans Memorial, followed by a signing ceremony between Mayor Kelliher and Major General Craig Strong at 12:45 next Wednesday at Venue 304, 304 E. 5th street. The Public is encouraged to attend both events!
