Paxton hosted their annual track meet on Thursday and took home second place on the girl’s side, just behind Mullen who claimed the team title. Anselmo-Merna boys won the title with 95 points, edging out Hyannis who had 91. Mullen boys were third, with Wallace and Sandhills Valley rounding out the top five.
Mullen girls finished with 139 points, well ahead of the home team Tigers who had 86 points. Brady was third, followed by Wallace and Anselmo-Merna.
