- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held on April 21, 2025
- Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
- Receive and order filed a report on personal property to be stricken due to bankruptcy by the County Treasurer
- Authorizing the Chair to sign a right-of-way permit submitted by the City of North Platte
- Authorizing the Chair to sign amendment #2 to the National Insurance Services agreement for group life insurance
- Authorizing the Chair to sign amendment #6 to the National Insurance Services agreement for long-term disability insurance
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
- 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on April 21, 2025
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Authorizing Julie Stenger, Lincoln County Assessor, to sign discovery documents on behalf of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization in Case No. 24R-0832 and Case No. 24C-0108, pending before the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
