· The city of North Platte sanitation department will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 28 and 29, 2024 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
· Extra crews will be working to complete all routes by end of the workday on Wednesday. Please have your carts in place for collection by 6:30 a.m. on Monday, November 25 to avoid being missed.
· All garbage needs to be bagged, in the city issued containers and the lids must be closed. No bags or trash on the ground.
· The transfer station will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29. It will reopen on Saturday with regular hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
· No Hazardous waste collection on Thursday, November 28.
